Yeah, as said, here we go again. Always sad when fights keep going on.

But again, these things aren't simple (like writing royalties), and even it is a bit stupid to say I say that 95% or 100% of you don't doesn't know background of this. So do not blame Marky just because he got this to the court. Anyway it is better this news isn't too detailed.
Marky certainly has some reason, and he really deserve royalties lot more than some who not family related to any Ramones members or who wasn't anyway related to it what happened inside the Ramones when Ramones was still going on etc. etc.

Of course he deserves royalties, it's just the amount of money that surprised me.
